Srinagar 25th October 2010:Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon has ordered that working hours in all Government Offices/Institutions in Kashmir Valley, except in case of Educational Institutions located within Srinagar Municipal Limits, shall be from 10.30 AM to 4.30 PM with effect from 1^st November 2010. These timings shall remain operative upto 31^st March 2010. All Heads of Departments/Offices/Institutions have been asked to ensure strict adherence of these timings.
